What others have to say....

Pam facilitated our staff retreat for this year.

She took the time to do the ground work necessary by having a conversation with each individual staff member to assess what their needs and wants were.  Pam was empathic, good at garnering what was underneath things that we said and able to bring that back to the group.  She brought out the moral, ethical and spiritual ethics of our mission and crystallized it. It has moved us to further act on who we say we are.

Pam led a day-long retreat for my co-facilitator and I who are working on understanding how racism unfolds at our church.  She prepared for us in advance, and that initial work was really helpful in allowing us to focus during the retreat.  She used a variety of styles during our retreat, which led us to explore places we haven't been to yet, and kept us engaged in the work.  We had periods of reflection that were super helpful in providing us the ability to do a little processing on the spot, so that we took that info into the next segment.  She works with an anti-racist lens, and from a spirituality-centered place, and we were completely comfortable with her (even when she challenged us to be uncomfortable!).  Deeply grateful for her love in the world!
